Bought from local Staples. Assembled myself. Back installation was a hassle as the screw holes were misaligned. A few months in and the gas lift is already failing. Seat cushion is non existent. I have to use extra chair pad. There's a lot of annoying squeak on every back or side lean. I went to the store to complain and was told it could be due to wrong assembly. I followed the instructions carefully. I have never had issues with self assembled furniture and I have assembled quite a few. I'm disappointed and would not recommend this chair.
