This chair really needs two people to assemble it. Someone to hold the back while another person searches to match the screws up to the two holes. Considering the fabric was cut incorrectly around two of the holes it made the job even more difficult. The chair seems comfortable enough and I like the arms that flip up. But I would never want to assemble another one.

It is the most uncomfortable chair I have ever purchased. The seat does not come out as far as I would like and I feel like I am going to fall out of the chair. It also is killing my back. I regret buying this chair and would NEVER recommend

Bought from local Staples. Assembled myself. Back installation was a hassle as the screw holes were misaligned. A few months in and the gas lift is already failing. Seat cushion is non existent. I have to use extra chair pad. There's a lot of annoying squeak on every back or side lean. I went to the store to complain and was told it could be due to wrong assembly. I followed the instructions carefully. I have never had issues with self assembled furniture and I have assembled quite a few. I'm disappointed and would not recommend this chair.
