Screw holes to attach arms to pads didn't line up properly and the screws were barely able to catch the threads after bulling them into position. The plastic tabs to cover the screw heads of the screws keep popping off. Once you get it put together its an okay chair for occaiasional home office use. I wouldnt want to use it 8 hours a day though like anything in life you get what you pay for.

Love the chair. Very comfy. Putting it together was NO EASY task though! Chair back DID NOT line up and it took 4 hours and a trip to Ace for a longer screw to get it together. Despite that I really like the chair. Glad you didn't send this review the day I put it together though! I was livid.
