I was having terrible back problems from an older computer chair I was using. On a whim I bought this one because I couldnt handle the back pain any more. This chair solved that problem! incredibly comfortable and it got rid of the back pain I was having.

First of all the staff at both of the stores I visited were unbelievably professional. They helped me secure my chair on saie at another location. The chair itself is great the lower back support is exactly what I needed. The only thing that I see needs improvement is you website. Terrible.

The hydraulic leaks down slowly. This didn’t start until it went out of the return date which was only 30 days. Nice chair just poor hydraulic system.
