My only complaint and it’s nothing major is that it tends to lean forward just a bit. If I could adjust it back like an inch or so it would be perfect. Otherwise nice piece for less than $100.
The seat is small the arm rests are too low to use. I will remember to never buy something like this on line. It needs to be sat upon for right measure. I am a small person it would fit a child better.

Very uncomfortable

While others have said the cushions are very comfortable that is not my experience. This is the 3rd office chair I've purchased. I've paid between $50 - $225. The seat of this chair tilts downward because the back is simply attached to the arms. There is supposed to be a "tilt seat lock" but I think that's supposed to stop the rocking motion. There is also a "tilt tension" which is supposed to make the seat firmer or looser but the front of the seat still tilts down. The seat is very short and narrow so if you're over 5'6" your legs may not feel supported. The cushions are hard not in the least bit soft or comfortable. The seat does have a zipper at the bottom and I might try to replace the form inside. At this point I'm tired of returning chairs. The wheel base is small if you need it to fit between the legs of a desk. It's funny I used to complain about the comfort of my chair in my office. Now that chair is looking pretty good. :-(
The chair's seat and back cushions are comfortable and it rolls and swivels easily. And the price was reasonable :) I recommend this chair to everyone!
