Assembly was easy as directions were readily undestandable. Love love the taupe color to get away from basic black. The mid height of back is sufficient for a tall man so the chair is not overwhelming in the room. The upholstered arm rests are comfortable and the adjustable height mechanism so far has performed well. My husband is 225 and 6' and it suits him well. We'll probably get a 2nd one for the wife. (as long as the sale is on !! great price for this chair)

The lumbar support in the Tervina Mid-Back Manager Chair was the reason for my purchase. Very happy with this chair. IF you need lumbar support sit in one at store so you can feel the difference from other chairs!
