would recommend having it unboxed and installed...my husband is a certificate car tecnichical for 30 years and we were not able to use the instructions. it was very difficult to line up holes and get screws to go in it took us over an hour. it should have been 10 or 15 minutes including unboxing. saved box due to warranty not sure it will hold up over the long term due to installing 6 screws.

My assistant loves loves this chair. She says it's a short person's dream chair!!! She is 5'1 and has short legs. She says the chair is perfect for her. She is definitely in love. So she is happy I am happy!!!! Definitely would recommend it!!!
