Easy to assemble; clear instructions. Relatively light weight so it was easy to get the pieces upstairs and then assemble. The seat is OK but a little firmer than it seemed in the store. The lift mechanism works smoothly but it does not go up high enough to make my arms level with the keyboard on my desk. I feel like I'm reaching uphill to get to the keyboard. I'm only 5'4" so I have to add a cushion to the seat to get high enough. One of the downsides of testing in the store without a desk to be able test that feature. Overall it's acceptable but not great for the price.
I didn't need a really fancy chair but still wanted to have a level of comfort. This chair did it. This was very easy to put together (had all hardware separated by step) and has been very sturdy. It goes wonderfully with the desk that I bought.
I really love this chair this is my second one! Very comfy can last about 6 hours straight sitting. The best part is the wheels are slick which helps for people like me with back issues there is no resistance When you adjust yourself to work. Also it perfect for small spaces the. Both colors are gorgeous
I'm 5' 3" and this is an excellent chair for me! I've had a challenging time finding a chair that has the right seat depth and back support and this definitely does a great job! Great for sitting upright and also enough space to lean back-lounge when I want. Probably not great for very tall people but good for smaller and mid-framed people.
For fast delivery boxed well have not opened yet because someone will help me with putting it together. I saw it at the Staples store I really liked it plus I am a small person so when I sat in the chair it fit perfectly!
I needed a chair as working from home permanently is becoming a reality. I was getting mid back discomfort as well as shoulder pain so decided to upgrade from dining room chair. This chair is incredibly comfortable! My shoulder and back pain are gone. The lumbar section hits at the right part of my back. The style is nice to fit in with my living room where my desk set up is. Two things I would note are that I can't seem to get the tilt to work. Not a big deal but definitelty doesn't tilt back like my mesh chair at the office. Still comfortable though and there is a bit of give anyway (4 stars reason). Also when assembling I'd say put the wheels on last. They have you do that first then construct the seat while on the wheels and it's difficult as the chair rolls all over the place even on the rug. Would definitely recommend this chair.
