Very friendly customer service at the store in providing product information . Timely home delivery of the purchased item in box was good however the assembling process was not easy . Suggest the printed instructions as part of the product should be made easy to follow.

I wish the wheels could lock since the chair might roll while you are sitting at a desk. The directions should have been in more detail so it was a challenge to assemble. The price at the register was not the sale price although this problem was quickly solved after I brought to the attention of the manager. The staff was courteous and helpful. The chair is comfortable.
