Word to the wise- get two people to assemble or accept a lot of back and hand pain. A couple screw holes wouldn’t line up properly but in the end I find it comfortable not highest quality but ok.
I'm actually using this in our family's restaurant. I have a muscle disease & need a chair that has cushioning plus support plus arms. Most cushiony office chairs are too high in the back -- for this purpose in a cafe dining room. But this is working out just fine for me in our family's restaurant -- this grandma has a seat so I can help my family & still care for my myself. Thanks.
