comfortable inexpensive good height adjustment

The thing I like most about this chair is the height adjustment. As a short person (5"4" tall) I have a lot of trouble finding chairs that allow me to have my feet flat on the floor which reduces leg & back strain. This chair adjusts low enough for me to have my feet comfortably on the floor. As soon as I tested it out at my local Staples store I bought it because it was good for my height comfortable and not too expensive.
