I needed a new office chair that would actually be comfortable all day and this fit the bill! It's soft enough to not aggravate my sciatica but still supportive and the mid back height is perfect for me (I'm 5'10). It surprised me that it came completely unassembled but it took less than 15 minutes to put together. So far no squeaks no sounds no issues!
