Comfort color and ease of putting together. Unique cream color( somewhere between beige and taupe) caught my eye immediately in the STAPLES store . Noticed comfort and ease in raising and lowering. After purchasing the chair was easy to put together. All the parts well marked . Allen wrench included as well as simple instructions! Very pleased!
