First shipping was really fast. It arrived in 3 days and my son was able to put it together in 10 minutes. The chair looks exactly as pictured and we are very pleased with it. The lumbar support and cushioning is very comfortable. I like that it can tilt and the arms fit underneath the desk when the height is adjusted The sleek design and horizontal seams make it perfect in his modern/industrial decor room. Love it! Plus... it was on sale!

Reasonably easy to assemble. Instructions were clear. Good lumbar support. Moderately comfortable - I would not purchase this chair if you intend to sit in it for extended periods of time (more than 3-5 hours per day). It is supportive but does not have many adjustable features other than height. Will likely need to get a cushion in the future because the base is very very thin. You get what you pay for!
