We ordered on line and had the chair two days later. It was easy to assemble and sits very well. It’s a very well made mid-priced chair. The wheels that came with it were fine but we were afraid they would mark up our hardwood floors so we ordered rubber wheels for it which fit great.

Great chair but I thought I had ordered an ivory chair with mesh back and this one is all tan leather. I will keep it but you should be more precise in your descriptions
