Assembly went well until the last step of fastening the arm rests to the back and seat. It was very difficult to hold the back and seat in the proper position and at the same time to try to get the bolts in the holes. I needed about two more hands. Upon completion the chair is comfortable and will serve its purpose.

First of all the staff at both of the stores I visited were unbelievably professional. They helped me secure my chair on saie at another location. The chair itself is great the lower back support is exactly what I needed. The only thing that I see needs improvement is you website. Terrible.
