I like the looks. It's well made and seems solid nothing loose that says the quality isn't there. I had a similar Staples chair that was about 3 years old but needed a new one only because my son decided he needed one (so I got the new one score!). I only gave it four stars because I need more lumbar support as I'm sometimes sitting for long hours. I think Staples chairs are excellent value for the money.

I purchased two office chairs that day. Both chairs were priced reasonably and were extremely comfortable. I like the tags that advise you on how many hours the chair was designed for use. The associate that assisted us was very helpful also even with a limited staff.
