Well packed and fairly easy to assemble. No missing parts but some of the packets were mislabeled. And a suggestion: make the bolt tips rounded or conical instead of flat; that will make them easier to seat and thread properly in the nuts buried (and invisible) in the cushions.

The seat padding on this chair is quite thin and uncomfortable. Unfortunately it took me more than 14 days to realize how bad it is and now I'm stuck with it. Don't buy!
