This chair has good lower back support and a comfortable but solid feel. I'm 5 feet tall and I can adjust it so that my feet reach the floor! The color is a medium taupe even though it's called cream. It works well in my surroundings.

Bought 4 of these to use as breakfast chairs but after assembling a couple I realized they might not be the toughest chairs for people to lean back in for casual conversation as is typical after a meal (adults). I returned them and bought the lazy-boy office chairs from Staples which were much better made. VERY happy with them!
