I love my new chair as mentioned above. Having back problems sitting in this chair makes'my back feel great. I hate to have to get out of the chair. The Mid -Back area is in the right position. Not to high and not to low.

We purchased 4 of these for our office. Everyone here likes them. They had to be assembled but it was not hard. So far they have held up well. I would buy this again.

Chair is too difficult to assemble because wheels are attached before seat and chair back are attached. Can't line up bolt holes for chair back with all the previous assembly rolling around on the floor.

Still trying to get used to it as I’m coming from a much larger chair. My arm rests are a bit too low so I’ve added a little velcroed washcloth to the right arm to lean on. This one is much more stiff but I really like the lumbar support which is why I bought it. Here’s hoping I can adapt. I wouldn’t recommend it to someone wanting a softer more plush chair. But if you’re looking for good postural support this is a good chair.
