We liked this chair enough that we came back and bought another. Most important it's comfortable. Decent back support. And it's more attractive than the average office chair. Assembly was pretty easy and the parts are laid out conveniently in packets labeled by assembly step number. That's much better than chairs I've assembled in the past. I do wish that the Allen wrench included for assembly was a bit longer so I could get more leverage tightening things down but it's adequate. A bit of advice: When you put this thing together leave the arms attached loosely until you get the back in place and tightened down. Then come back and finish tightening up the arms. I recommend this chair.

Very comfortable. Perfect for a home office. Staples has always had the most professional and helpful people in their stores. It appears that their employees really like what they are doing.
