I love the chair but my local staples assembles the chairs themselves and charges the customer the extra $20 assembly fee I almost didn't buy the chair because I could assemble it myself they managed to have 1 chair in the box to sell me. they didn't want to do it though. The chair is very comfy although it is a little slippery I put a small cushion on it and now it's perfect I love it!
