The chair was harder to put together than the chairs I spent $40 more on from Staples. The bolt holes don't like to line up and the bolts wanted to crossthread. With a little patience and perseverance I got the chair put together though and my daughter says that it's comfortable so it's all good.

I am 4'11'' so this chair is perfect for my height I love it! I will say it doesn't tilt as much as I thought but it is way better than the folding chair I was using.

I like the looks. It's well made and seems solid nothing loose that says the quality isn't there. I had a similar Staples chair that was about 3 years old but needed a new one only because my son decided he needed one (so I got the new one score!). I only gave it four stars because I need more lumbar support as I'm sometimes sitting for long hours. I think Staples chairs are excellent value for the money.
