Easy process purchasing on line and picking up. The chair is very comfortable. Looks nice with clean lines and it was a great price!

Unfortunately this new chair purchased is not as comfortable as the floor model. The model was not the color I desired so the very nice employee got a new one from the back room which my husband assembled at home. The lumber area of the chair is very uncomfortable therefore I can not sit in it for very long.

No problems with pickup or checkout. Everyone helped me load it into the car and it was as soon as I drove up. Thanks.

Basic chair good price. Ordered online & picked up within an hour awesome!! However it's not the most comfy chair to sit in for hours at a time. Recommend trying the chairs in store before ordering online.

When I viewed this chair it looks comfortable and soft. I have to use a pillow to lean back because it does not recline.

We bought our first chair at the store. My wife and I liked it so much that we bought a second one online. They have been perfect for our home office.
