Great chair for the money - but be careful about purchasing it “assembled"

This chair is exactly what we needed for our home office - a nice neutral color the perfect size and most importantly comfortable! Our only issue was that we paid the extra price to have it come pre-assembled because we needed it right away. Once the order went through we got an email saying the chair would arrive un-assembled and that we would need to make an appointment for a third party technician to come put it together and that would take another week. So we ended up having to put it together ourselves (Staples did promptly refund the assembly charge). It would have been much better if they had stated this process up front rather than after we bought it. Aside from that no complaints!

The hydraulics in the chair didn't last a year and I constantly have to keep standing up and raising my chair because it slowly lowers all day long. SO FRUSTRATING!
