There was no explanation that the chair needed to be assembled. Some of the threaded openings did not line up easily. Poor manufacturing

I purchased two of these chairs because I liked the first one so much. It was the best looking chair I could find and comfortable too. Easy to put together. One of the seem stitching was coming apart on one of them right out of the box but was in a spot you can’t see.
