Disappointed with Staples Trevina Manager Chair

I am in a retirement apartment having downsized from a large home and required a smaller chair for my computer desk. I always had a Staples chair for my home office and was very pleased with it. First of all. the cream color I ordered was not sent. Secondly even though the instructions indicate that the chair has tilt tension I can't seem to locate it or the part is not easily adjustable. Also I read the review about the seat not rising enough but did not think that was a problem but it is. The seat is also not very deep even though I have short legs. In other words when I can get to a store to actually sit in a chair before purchasing one this chair if gone. My best advice is for people to pay attention to reviews!
