The chair felt good in the store but after sitting in it for a while it losses it’s softness. The arms of the chair dig into my legs. Not comfortable. Will start looking for a new chair.

In order to rock it back you need to push off the floor. Even with the tensioner fully open. I prefer to be able to rock a chair by leaning back. Seat seems small as well. Doesn't extend out far enough.
