I do love this chair. It is firm chair with good lumbar support. Not heavily cushioned but very comfortable and a great size for me. Easy to put together. 4 stars because it does not go back at all when leaning back into the chair. Slight movement would be a nice feature.

More comfy than my previous chair. it was time to replace. Right size for my room. Materials and components feel and look of good quality. Only drawback is having to use effort to recline. It might be it will take time since brand new. I'm happy.

We were helped by the store general manager whose customer service skills were r the best we needed 4 chairs and this location only had 2. He offered to personally drive to the nearest store to pick up the other #.but that location only had one. He called another location and had r Them. send the chairs via UPS. THEY ARRIVED AT THE Kendall location as promised and we picked them up next day. The staff at the Kendall location was top notch
