Not complicated to assemble. Says Cream but in reality it's gray (cushions mostly match the plastic parts). Still a nice neutral color. The back is at a fixed angle to the seat the whole seat/armrest/back assembly tilts as one. Makes it less comfortable but not unduly so - it does encourage you to keep good posture.

I've used this a few days a week since early June (3 months) and all the seams are already ripping. It's cheap and beyond repair so I will be throwing it away. Very disappointing.
