Ordered online and it was delivered in 2 days. Easy to assemble only took 10 minutes or so. Comfortable and easy to adjust height. If you plan to use on carpet be sure to get a mat to roll on.

I wish the wheels could lock since the chair might roll while you are sitting at a desk. The directions should have been in more detail so it was a challenge to assemble. The price at the register was not the sale price although this problem was quickly solved after I brought to the attention of the manager. The staff was courteous and helpful. The chair is comfortable.

I definitely recommend this mid-back manager chair. I tried out the chair in the store and it was the perfect size and color and the seat back and arm pads were all really comfortable. I paid a bit more to have the store assemble the chair for me which was just what I needed. The only thing I’ll add is that the seat of my new chair hasn’t yet been broken in so isn’t as comfy as the one that’s gotten a lot of use in the store; but I’m confident it will become more cushy over time. Overall I’m a satisfied customer :)
