Arrived as promised...2 day delivery...and was in great condition in a good. that sturdy box that was well packed. Assembly was easy and took all of 10 mins... it was in use soon after that. Very comfortable and easy for the user to adjust. Great product !! Would honestly recommend it to anyone.

Excellent back support! It replaces a different brand bought off the internet two weeks ago at more than twice the price and bad back support. The Tervina was easy to assemble rolls smoothly and easy fit under the desk. This is a great chair for the price. Moral here is that you really need to sit in a chair at a store before purchasing one sight unseen on the internet!
