After delivery and assembly which was easy I have used the chair for a few day now and find it uncomfortable. The seat is harder then when i tried the one in the store and the arm rests are slippery my arms just slide right off of then when I relax. I suppose the chair is a good value but I will be looking for another soon.

Love my new Tervina Luxury chair from the cream colored fabric (it’s good to get away from a lifetime of black computer chairs) to the very supportive seating position. Couldn’t be happier. Plus it was far easier to assemble than I expected with the one tool included. It also arrived in my Staples store two days earlier than promised. Life is good!

The chair is highly uncomfortable to sit in with little to no support in my opinion. Personally this chair was not worth the price I paid for it even with the three year warranty.

The Tervina Luxura Mid-Back Manager Chair Cream is just the right ticket ~ I recommend it ~ it is comfortable easy to maneuver and a lot classier in a smaller room than the larger cumbersome chair I previously used. The cream color is more of a clay color just right.
