Not realizing that I needed to try out the seat first. Unable to sit comfortable and the back is stiff . My fault cause I didn't try it in store. for the past 20 years I brought 6 chairs from staples 4 on line.. I have Insurance for the last one I got there . I can't find the paperwork. It cost a bit more than this one. Is there anyway you can check it. All my information is still the same. Thanking you in advance
