Directions were clear all parts present although an elderly but tough lady I found it possible to construct without help. I find it very comfortable The chair came in gray rather than cream but I actually prefer it. Just didn’t want black. Advise that Staples notify customers if there is a change in color or size.

Right side of the chair is defective. The insertion points of both handles do not align with each other causing one side being higher than the other.

Great Chair for kids young people but for someone who are older and have to sit in all day for work not so much. The arms rest become uncomfortable needs more padding. However a great price and a good looking chair.

This chair is very comfortable easy to use with arms wheels and adjustable height. It is attractive (pretty color) not same old black! I am enjoying it very much in my home office!

I was hesitant to get the cream color because of mixed reviews but I am so glad I did. It is a beautiful color. Personally it looks like a greyish taupe. It matches my decor perfectly. The chair is very comfortable and lightweight. I did have a little trouble in assembling the arm rests with the back seat of the chair due to the holes not being lined on one side for the screws. However this was not a deal breaker for me. I am really happy with my purchase.
