I am short 5' and most chairs don't fit my back in the right spotir gave a head rest that is too high. As soon as I dat in this one i was comfortable. The tsuoe color blends in my iffice do much better than a black or solid white one would. Tasteful great height adjustable and tilt make this chsir terrific. Easy to assemble. Would not trade it to anything.

The chair is great but the instructions are poor and not very clear. You need to put the chair arm's on the back first before putting them on the seat. If you put them on the seat first it is nearly impossible to put the back on the arm's. You need to modify the instructions and whoever decided the way to assemble the chair obviously never did it! It also says to tighten the screws once a month. How are you supposed to do that with the caps on the screws? They do not just pop off.
