This is a comfortable soft to touch office chair. It doesn’t lean back incredibly far hence the four stars instead of five. The color is more of a light tan - I wouldn’t call the color cream at all. We saw display in the store and this was the color we liked but be warned if you are ordering online it isn’t really cream. Looks great and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
