This is a really nice comfortable chair. The only problems I encountered were when putting it together... 1) at the step where I was to connect the arm rests the front screw to the right armrest does not fit into the hole and would not screw all the way in. The rest of the screws did fit so I just left it that way so it’s a little wobbly but I really did not want to disassemble the chair to return it. 2) also when trying to line up the holes to attach the back rest cushion it was really difficult to match up. I ended up cutting the vinyl a bit wider around the prongs for better exposure. Nice chair overall once completed.

I got it put together in 30 minutes. It works well and is pretty comfortable. The only thing is I can't quite figure out the tilt setting but that's not really an issue.
