Did an exchange for color to Cream - no problem with exchange & reorder for Cream color. Chair arrived when they said it would assembled chair and phoned when it was ready. All in the timeline they sad it would be. Cair iscomforable! and lightweight. Color works perfectly with office nook.

We haven't had the chair very long but my husband really likes it. It helps him sit up straight without sliding down. We have tried many chairs over time. It is so difficult to find a chair that is both comfortable and fits us. Many chairs have too tall backs too deep in the seat too high arms even at lowest position etc. This chair was comfortable to sit in at the store and also the same at our desk after getting it home. Another feature we like it fits the space we have in the corner of our bedroom where the computer is. That makes the room appear larger. So we like the fit the color the size and the economical price.
