The chair is less industrial looking than most office/desk chairs. Good lumbar support. Cushion is a little firm. Faux leather has a nice feel. Easy to assemble. And a very good price. It's what I was looking for.

We bought this chair for my wife who works from home and sits for hours at a time. She says it is comfortable. Only feature to add would be a way to move the backrest forward and backward. Good chair for the price. We did have to assemble it so keep that in mind.
