This chair has the ability to be lowered to accommodate for my lack of height (5'1"). Also the depth of the chair allows my knees to bend at the appropriate level. I enjoyed the comfort of this chair so much that I bought another one for my desk upstairs.

The arms of the chairs are not adjustable and for a large person the chair squeezes the hips and becomes uncomfortable after a short period of time (an hour or so)
