This looks like a high-quality chair for the price but a part was broken when it arrived. I spoke to someone in customer service and they offered to ship a new part for free but it’s going to take an additional 7 to 10 business days to arrive. Overall I’m pleased with the purchase but not thrilled with the parts shipping time.
