Bought a new chair and was very surprised to find a new chair at a great price. The sales tech asked how long I had my old chair (over 20 yrs) and confirmed that I definitely needed a new chair. I was very happy to pay to have it assembled and when they called me to pick it up. The last time I went in to find a new chair the sales tech did not give me her full attention and was preoccupied. This visit was so much better!

The assembly instructions were among the best I've seen and the chair seems well made and is comfortable. However because the diameter of the base is smaller than normal I've actually tipped over twice (once forward once backward) when reaching for something. A good chair for the money but be careful to stay aligned over the center of gravity when sitting in it.
