Right side of the chair is defective. The insertion points of both handles do not align with each other causing one side being higher than the other.

Excellent chair. We use it for a home computer desk. I did change the casters as I have a vinyl plank floor. It was easy to assemble and is comfortable. I would certainly recommend for the price and quality.
