Well packed and fairly easy to assemble. No missing parts but some of the packets were mislabeled. And a suggestion: make the bolt tips rounded or conical instead of flat; that will make them easier to seat and thread properly in the nuts buried (and invisible) in the cushions.

First delivery was fast and shipped right to my door. Assembly was really easy too. I’m glad because I never put together an office chair before. It’s a perfect size for me since I’m 5’1” and I find most office chairs to be way too big for me. It looks great and is comfortable. And I got a great deal. I’ve only had it a few weeks but so far so good !
