Looks good but no lumbar support

I love the esthetics of this chair but it is incredibly uncomfortable. No lumbar support and ever since I bought it I've had chronic back pain. Unfortunately I threw out the box so I'm stuck with it for a bit. Trying different pillows to see if it will help but if you have back issues - stay away from this one.
