The box sits very straight and does not lean back at all because the back is hooked on by the arms not to bad of a chair for short term work not to good for long term work

I'm actually using this in our family's restaurant. I have a muscle disease & need a chair that has cushioning plus support plus arms. Most cushiony office chairs are too high in the back -- for this purpose in a cafe dining room. But this is working out just fine for me in our family's restaurant -- this grandma has a seat so I can help my family & still care for my myself. Thanks.
