This chair was shipped in a very sturdy cardboard box which ensured it was not damaged upon arrival. Easy to put together even for a novice and a WOW! for style and color I was a little worried that the description said it was Cream colored but actually it's TAN even better! The chair is sturdy well balanced; has a classic styling and is super comfortable With back issues I've struggled for years trying to find the perfect chair with spine alignment but also with style and elegance This chair has it! I don't think you'll be disappointed.

This chair is well made and fits my frame except for one problem. I adjusted the back to tilt but I am unable to lean back and make it move. I am only 5'1" tall so I don't know if that is the problem. My husband and other people are able to lean back in the chair. The seat is comfortable and the up/down adjustment lever works just fine. It moves very easily across the floor which is vinyl tile. I am happy with it overall but I wish I could lean back in it at least a little. Hence I gave it only 4 stars.
