I was seeking a simple desk chair with a back arm rests and wheels. I found this chair at Staples among many fancier models. The clerk was able to have my chair shipped to the store put together at the store and delivered fully assembled to my apartment building. I am so far very pleased but full disclosure: I don’t spend long times sitting at my desk… 15 or 20 minutes at most at a time
Assembled easily in like 10mins. Not a very large chair in height or width which was perfect for my smaller WFH space. I am 5' 4" so if you are a larger person this might not be very comfortable for you if you looking for some open space around your body and the arms of the chair and looking for a higher back. Pretty comfortable after 8hrs and has nice leaning back features.
I would have loved this chair if it wasn’t so tipsy. I tend to sit close to the edge of the chair while working not good with this chair it will tip over scared the heck out of me several times. As long as a leg is in front it’s fine but when I swivel to the right to use the scanner it tips forward. Shouldn’t have to check for a leg in the front of the chair every time I swivel left or right. Lucky for me I still hadn’t thrown away my 10 year old chair. My husband put the silver legs from that chair on this chair and they match OK. Perfect now I even tried to tip it over and it doesn’t. If it didn’t tip I would have given it 5 stars as it is nice looking and comfortable.
I love the look of this chair it’s sturdy enough and it matches nicely in my office. Downsides are that it doesn’t offer much lumbar support and the chair is too short for my desk. Had to get mesh back support panel and thick arm rest padding to make this work for my home office without killing my wrists and back.
