Substantial well built chair. Cushion is firm but comfortable hopefully will last a long time. I experienced creaking after a couple of weeks. This was rectified by retorquing all screws and bolts underneath the seat.

My husband is a very harsh critic so I knew finding a chair would be a challenge. When unpacking the materials...he was already impressed! "Wow this is heavy that's good." "This seat is nice quality" "they invested money just in the wrench tool to make this easier!" Then came the sitting test. He gave it a couple days to make sure his immediate reaction of comfort was confirmed true...and success! He loves this chair! His back does not hurt anymore and the support and features are very ergonomic. I hear almost every day "I love this chair." Kudos to Staples! This chair is a win!

I'm glad I finally purchased this chair. Assembly was so easy only a few steps. My only complaint is it's hard to reach the lever to raise and lower the chair but I'd still buy it anyway. The wheels roll so smoothly and it's very comfortable. The back is supportive but has give so it's not like you're up against a wall.

set up was easy. However the double caster wheels keep falling off the tap that is supposed to hold them on. Not the entire caster just one of the plastic wheels on a caster. I have tried fixing it but it appears to be a design flaw. The barrel plug/rod that the wheel fits onto must not be thick enought o hold the wheel on. I would really like a replacement. Otherwise I will have to buy a new set of casters with better wheels. order #9983008323 Item: 24525434 bought Nov 4
