Chair was assembled in the store. I was not given the paperwork or the receipt. Called as was told they would mail to me. Still waiting. There is no way to adjust the seat or the back. Very disappointing.

Only concern is that the thick cushion compresses very quickly and you can feel the bottom. I'm not a heavy person and I can imagine this would be uncomfortable for others.
